1. Shipping Methods
For France, we ship your orders essentially with La Poste (Colisposte and Colissimo), Mondial Relay, and TNT Express (Fedex)
In the Region of Paris, we may deliver directly to you with our own delivery team.
For Europe, we ship your orders essentially with Fedex and Mondial Relay
For rest of the world, we ship your orders essentially with Fedex
In both case, we may use the intermediation of services providers like Sendiroo (UPS, Fedex, DHL, Chronopost, Dpd, GLS, Mondial Relay, Delivengo, TNT)
Wholesale or large orders may be handled by specific transporters chosen by our manufacturers and suppliers
Please refer to transporters websites for their respective shipping policies
2. Expected timeframes
We will update you with the transporter references, tracking numbers and estimated date of delivery within one business day after your purchase order while we handle your goods for shipment preparation.
For products in stock:
In the region of Paris, we can deliver you within 24h or 48h
In France, we can deliver you within 3 days with TNT/Fedex, 3 to 5 days with Colissimo, 5 to 7 days with Mondial Relay
For products requiring a stock transfer from our suppliers, we may require 2 to 9 additional days to deliver
For Europe, you may add one business day to previous estimations
For the rest of the world, we will contact you directly to give you the options of services
3. Shipping prices
They are disclosed at Payment process and correspond to the prices offered by our transporters.
We can share with you on simple demand by email at email@example.com our pricing tables.
We usually add €1 to €3 to transporter prices for packaging and handling fees.
4. Shipping restriction
Out of Europe, we require you to contact us, so we can choose the adequate transporter with you and prepare customs documentation.
For special deliveries in the Region of Paris, we need to define with you an appointment, we will contact you right after the payment.
5. Shipping costs for returns and cancelling orders
Shipment costs for returns are at your charge
Whole shipments costs (return, handling and customs fees included) stay at your charge if you cancel the order after we engaged the transporter or our suppliers to deliver their service.
In those cases, cancellation shall be effective only once we received back the products and that their inspection have been successfully concluded as per refund policy.
